This place fits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and beach access. The staff helped me with a late check-out on my first visit. I highly recommend it and will return for Christmas!

higgins beach inn was a fantastic stop on our new england adventure. the location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just a short stroll to the beach. our room, the swells king, was modern and comfortable with a king bed. the hotel bar was lively and served a delicious bar dinner menu, which was a nice touch.

the only critique is that breakfast could be more consistent.
